When the baseball season begins March 30, the focus of fantasy baseball players will shift from drafting mode to in-season mode. Podcasts, articles and discussions on Twitter will revolve around which players to pick up Sunday night and how much to bid on them. It makes sense because fantasy baseball leagues have a similar group of players available, so it’s relatable to most of us. Despite that, many NFBC players, myself included, start their process by looking at their own team and figuring out which players to drop.
