It’s important each week of the NFL season to step back and take stock of what we saw in the previous week so we can properly prepare for the week to come. Each week, I’ll be offering my thoughts on what we saw.

Here are my quick fantasy football thoughts from all the Week 2 games.

Washington Football Team 30, New York Giants 29

  • I still think Saquon Barkley is not back to full speed despite a 41-yard run. He had 16 yards on his other 12 carries.
  • Sterling Shepard will continue to be the most reliable option of the Giants pass catchers.
  • Antonio Gibson looks good, but the bad timing and his lack of usage in the two-minute drill is tilting for Gibson managers right now.
  • Terry McLaurin is who we thought he was.
