Whether snake draft or auction, the way to set oneself up for success and win leagues is to correctly identify and draft market inefficiencies. Basically, assemble a collection of hitters and pitchers who out-earn their market prices (ADP or AAV). Sounds easy, right? Our goal in drafts and auctions is to load up on these grossly undervalued guys we can earn substantial in-season profit on. Conversely, a winning season also involves avoiding early round land mines who hurt our squads. Part of this is injury-related but timing is imperative in terms of knowing when to jump ship.
