With no bye weeks in Week 12, the fantasy QB studs were on full display. Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts, Kyler Murray and Justin Herbert made up the top four in a week that was full of nice quarterback performances. Streamers mixed in as well with Trevor Lawrence rounding out the top five and a couple surprises in Mike White and Mac Jones finishing off the top seven.

In Week 13, only Kyler Murray managers will suffer a bye (unless there’s someone out there relying on Sam Darnold to lead them to the fantasy playoffs). Despite the nearly full crop of quarterbacks this week, there are more than a handful of streaming options either with a great matchup or a lot of momentum coming out of Week 12.

All season, we’ll only take a look at QBs with a roster percentage lower than 80% on ESPN. I’ll walk through a few good options for 10-team and 12-team leagues, and I’ll throw in a couple or flyers for superflex leagues or deeper leagues along with a guideline for FAAB spending.

So, let’s take a look ahead at Week 13 streaming QBs for fantasy football and evaluate which waiver wire quarterbacks can give us the most bang for our buck.

Top Streaming Quarterbacks for Week 13: 10- and 12-Team Leagues

Trevor Lawrence (59%) at Detroit Lions

Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit Lions (-1)
O/U 51.5; Jaguars projected points: 25.5

Trevor Lawrence’s performance against the Ravens last week was the exact performance Jaguars fans and management had in mind when they drafted him No. 1 overall a year ago. Lawrence threw for 321 yards and three touchdowns while completing nearly 80% of his passes en route to a dramatic last-minute victory.

In Week 13, he’ll face a Lions defense that continues to get shredded by opposing quarterbacks to the tune of 23 fantasy points per game, the most in the league by far. Detroit has allowed mobile QBs to kill them with their legs as well as through the air, so Lawrence has a legitimate chance for back-to-back top-five performances, especially considering the 50-point total and indoor environment.

Jimmy Garoppolo (49%) vs. Miami Dolphins

San Francisco 49ers (-3.5) vs. Miami Dolphins
O/U 46.5; 49ers projected points: 24.5

I love Jimmy Garoppolo as a late-season streaming QB because he’s so consistent. In Week 12, he had his worst fantasy game since Week 4, but he’s still topped 16 fantasy points in all but three contests this season. If you’re running a team that is loaded at RB and WR thanks to sacrificing at QB, Jimmy G is a perfect high-floor option every week. It helps, too, that he flashed some upside in Week 11 with four touchdowns.

In Week 13, Garoppolo will face a Miami defense that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to opposing QBs. The Dolphins are great at stopping the run, but they can’t say the same for the pass. It’s also worth noting that Miami is awful at defending tight ends. In Week 11, Garoppolo faced a Cardinals team that was equally as bad at defending tight ends, and he went for 25 fantasy points. He and George Kittle have registered a remarkably high 0.71 fantasy points correlation so far this season.

FAAB: 2-4%

Jared Goff (29%) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Detroit Lions (-1) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
O/U 51.5; Lions projected points: 26.5

On the other side of what looks like the most fun game of the week on paper, Jared Goff will take on a Jacksonville defense that ranks 30th in the NFL in pass DVOA defense. Goff is coming off of a 240-yard, two-touchdown showing against a Bills defense that’s much scarier than this one, and he gets to stay at home.

Per the FTN Splits tool, Goff is averaging a shade under 20 fantasy points per game at home versus fewer than 10 fantasy points per game on the road. His five highest outputs have all come at home this season as well. In a great matchup at his favorite place, I expect Jared Goff to keep it rolling in Week 13.

FAAB: 2-4%

Superflex Streamers

Deshaun Watson (43%) a Houston Texans

Cleveland Browns (-7) at Houston Texans
O/U 46.5; Browns projected points: 27.5

If you’re willing to pick up Deshaun Watson in fantasy football, he’s widely available and is the guy who finished as a top-five QB every year from 2018-2020.

I’m throwing him in as a superflex option because we don’t know what he’ll look like in his first game action since the preseason, in which he looked terrible. There are plenty of other good options to avoid trotting out Watson in a 10- or 12-team league, but his upside is probably unmatched in a superflex as a QB2.

FAAB: 10-15%

Mike White (3%) at Minnesota Vikings

New York Jets at Minnesota Vikings (-3)
O/U 45; Jets projected points: 21.5

Seeing a Jets quarterback utilize the team’s young, explosive weapons in Week 12 was so refreshing. Mike White played out of his mind in his season debut, and he’ll get to follow that up with an indoor game against a defense that ranks just 27th in pass DVOA defense. Minnesota has also given up the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks and just allowed Mac Jones to throw for a career-high 382 passing yards.

If you’re in a pinch, you can do worse than a productive QB with explosive playmakers on the outside against a porous secondary.
